Everything about the customer service, with this establishment, was top notch!! The flower arrangement online picture did not do it justice of how big & beautiful the flowers actually were. And how they went above & beyond to help our family surprise my mother. The arrangement had to be sent to Best Western & we wanted to be the last delivery & that is what we got! Although the bouquet was pretty & well arraigned, it was not the bouquet that I ordered. The picture of the bouquet that I ordered was brighter using more pink & peach colors. The bouquet that my Mom received although pretty & well arraigned was not like the picture from which I ordered. I would like to have been notified if the bouquet I ordered was not available & given the choice to choose something different myself. I've always been satisfied in the past, just a bit disappointed this time.

Carmen does a beautiful job! During our consultation, she was able to create a cheerful, bright and whimsical teardrop bouquet from my single request for orange lilies. Her knowledge of flowers is impressive! She was able to offer so many great suggestions for the boutonnières and bridesmaid bouquets. Carmen is extremely detail-oriented and also surprisingly flexible when we asked to make a small modification here or there. Her prices are competitive. For the prices, quality of work, vast floral education and experience, and superior attention to detail, I would recommend her again and again.

I can't actually rate this I did not go to the funeral so I couldn't see the arrangement. I am hoping it looked as the picture did. I can however rate the service which was a wonderful experience and I know the flowers were delivered on time as I received an email saying that they had arrived. Ordering online was very easy. My grandma loved her flowers and they were exactly as I requested. My only suggestion would be to include all the extra fees in the price of the flowers advertised. I was a bit shocked when it was time to check out and my order was nearly $20 more than what I thought it would be. I had no choice since the next day was my grandma's birthday, but if I had more time I probably would not have completed the order based on all the extra fees.
