    Rather than dealing with a nationwide florist after the recent death of a dear friend, I called Ladybug and found Rose. She listened to what we wanted, and upon discovering that she didn’t have a cross in stock to work into an arrangement, went shopping that evening! The arrangement was lovely, she even sent us a photo, and the family has a beautiful keepsake.

    The nice man who delivered my flowers today was very kind and helpful. He gave me information about caring for my flowers to enjoy them longer. I have never received this helpful information in the past and I thought it was extra special. The flowers had a fresh mist of water on them, which made it all the more special. Thank you.

    I was so impressed with the friendliness of their staff. They handled my order in such a quick and efficient manner it made long distance ordering seem much closer to home.
