    Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, order gatherers such as 1 800 do an injustice to our industry by collecting orders on line and trying to get them filled by "real" florist after they skim off a large portion of the money they collected. It's shameful.

Cindy, juggling hundreds of orders, was honest—she couldn't guarantee it, but she'd do her best. And she did more than deliver—she delivered that very day!     Had to get flowers delivered for service the next day. While most places could not offer next day sevice, Cindy's constructed the bouquet and made the delivery on time the next day. Oh, and the flowers were beautiful too.

    Oh My Gosh - what an absolutely B-E-A-utiful pink arrangement of over 2 dozen pink roses! I wish I could submit a photo - I am obsessed with pink and my boyfriend who is not from the area sent me my favorite color roses for Valentine's Day. When I got the unexpected delivery of the flowers 2 days before Valentine's Day, I was shocked & surprised. I extremely happy when I saw they were from Cindy's aka BEST local florist. They are still looking good almost 2 weeks later. Super happy and pleased. I did tell him to always use Cindy's for future deliveries. Love this shop!

    I am sorry you were unhappy with the arrangement provided. We absolutely try to get as close to the recipe as possible. Containers, including glass vases, have become very difficult to acquire with the supply shortages and this square vase has not been available from our wholesalers for several weeks. As always, please contact the shop if ever unhappy as we stand behind our product and would have addressed this issue to the best of our ability.

    The flowers were beautiful as usual. I was a bit puzzled by the fact that there was no basket or plastic container to hold the water so the flowers can benefit by the daily watering. It just fell through and the flowers were dying by the next day. I don't understand why there was no container to keep the water around the stems. I finally put aluminum foil around the bottom and folded it up so the water would stay and not run out onto the tray I put the arrangement on.

    Thank you for your feedback. We try to keep our delivery fees reasonable but some addresses are tricky. For instance, Red Lion can be quite close or almost a forty five minute drive depending on the location. I try to apply a happy medium to make sure we cover the wage of the delivery person and the amount of gas needed (not to mention the cost and service of the van). I do appreciate the feedback and if you know the mileage is lower, please feel free to call and we can adjust the fee accordingly. :)

    I used Flowers by Cindy to send a funeral arrangement as I live at of state and could not attend the funeral. It was quick and easy to use her web site. I wish the email that stated the flowers were delivered stated when they were delivered. The email came at 5pm that day.

    Hi Susan. Thank you for your input as we are always trying to improve customer satisfaction. The email would have been generated once our driver returned to the shop and we entered the information and confirmations. If you look at the details of the confirmation, it should state that we delivered this dish garden to a funeral home employee at 3:35 pm knowing that the first viewing was to start at 6 pm. We always try to give the funeral home at least 2 hours to set up for the first viewing. Thank you again for your input and the five star rating.

    Very disappointed. I ordered a balloon arrangement in school colors, navy blue and gold. I was told that those colors were available. Although the bouquet was delivered in a timely manner, the bouquet was bright blue and gold. Not at all what I wanted.

    This latex balloon order was received with approximately a 2 hour window to fill. When we pulled our navy blue latex balloons we found them to be faulty so substituted with mylar balloons(which are double the price of latex). Unfortunately, they were a royal blue instead of navy which we thought the customer would accept under the short time frame left to fill this order. We truly tried to fill this order to the best of our ability given the limited time given to us. We also spoke with this customer and explained and apologized before this review was posted.

    Definitely five star service for timeliness and quality. I was very disappointed that I was unable to be with my sister on her birthday. The weekend before and after were not working out.
