The flowers were beautiful exactly as shown and delivered in a very timely manner to the hospital. My distress came when I arrived at 5:30 to visit my friend and the Concierge had the flowers for over 6 hours and had not yet delivered them to the patient. I guess they were that beautiful :) It was ironic that I happened to be in them room when they came in. Beautiful arrangement of flowers and prompt delivery. Only problem was the call to the house prior to delivery ruined the surprise a little. It is understandable that the flower shop wanted to make sure someone was home due too the cold weather.
