Order arrived on time however, my sister sent me a picture to thank me and it was about half the size that it should’ve been. The image on the site and what she got were very disappointing and I was a bit embarrassed.

The picture shown on the website is at the $120.00 value. You placed the order at $105.00, I made an executive decision and used a size larger vase than the recipe called for, and I used the recipe for a $120.00 arrangement value and even added some more because of the vase size was larger. Sorry again that your perception of the size of the arrangement was different than it actually is.

I sent these flowers to my mom for Easter and she was thrilled with them. My only complaint is I asked that the balloon I ordered be an Easter themed balloon and it was not.

As I have left previous messages regarding your service, it was horrible. The basket got here late and would have not gotten there had I not called to see why it had not been delivered. The basket that I paid over $80 for was worth about $12 and the snacks were horrible. The entire basket was put in the trash the next day. I will NEVER use your service again.

We were short handed that day and we had your order on the truck I just had to contact my driver to tell him to drop off your basket first. Typically people write on the special instructions if there is a time constraint, but I apologize about that.

In the content of the basket, we filled it according to the recipe that was provided for us, it is a Junk Food Basket. You're order was $60.00 and with a $15.00 delivery fee. Everything in that basket was according to the recipe, which I sent to you in the email. I don't know how else I can fill the order if I have a recipe to go by. I am obligated to fill the recipe. I can assure you your basket was filled to the value you paid for, but it is certainly not the same amount as you would get in Costco or a grocery store.

Flowers had to be removed and put into a vase to keep them from dying....just one day after delivery. They were in styrofoam.

Hi Sean, I checked your order, that arrangement was sent in a 5 x 5 glass cube in water. I don't work with styrofoam with fresh flowers. There is Oasis foam that holds water and we do baskets with oasis since that is the only way florist can design in the basket.

Hi Suen, I found another order you place with us. When you picked this arrangement on the website it came with the recipe attached to your order we must follow. We make baskets for orders only when our costumers are asking for if, practically all our arrangements are done in vases. It's Finally Spring! Product Recipe: 6" Twiggy Vine basket with handle and liner wet floral foam foliage: galax, ivy 4 red tulips 3 stems blue hyacinth 5 yellow daffodils ('Buttercup') 3 stems hot pink heather 2 stems yellow solidago bird's nest with 3 small bird eggs

When I told the woman how much I had to spend, she made several suggestions as to what is currently available, explained delivery charges, etc. I have purchased many times from Fleur De Lis and it has always been a positive experience. Time after time, the flowers and plants have been fresh and of the highest quality. I recommend them for all your floral needs.
