    My sister loved the flowers, but I was disappointed that the flowers were not as depicted. None of the flowers were peach coloured. The arrangement looked sloppy to me instead of elegant, like I had on previous order.

    Thank you for the review, even tho it was not the best. We do appreciate your feedback. Its difficult to think back to Feb 8th but it was the calm before the storm of Valentine's Day and we had limited amount colors till the 10th of the month when all our holiday flowers arrived. We prefer to fill the order with what we have and send it out rather than not send it at all and have to cancel. The "sloppy" look could have happened during transport. Delivery drivers are not always gentle and this can happen. Our apologies and hope you will continue to use us in the future.

    I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. When you order "same day delivery" and on a Friday we do our best to fill your order as close as possible according to the recipe. We always fill to the value. I'm not sure what exactly our designer put into the arrangement although she did use lilly grass in the vase not curly willow, everything else should have been in it. Please accept our apologies and hope you will try us again. The review helps as a learning tool for our Designers in the future.

    The flowers for my daughter's wedding(Noll/Sidley) were SPECTACULAR! There is no other way to describe them. Ron ordered David Austin Leonora roses at my request and used his creative talents to complete all the bouquets, arches, urns, and table centerpieces. Everything was to perfection. I am very particular and difficult to please and Ron did not disappoint. Ron and Marcelo will have many orders from our guests who gushed over the flowers. Jessica gave me the lead on the flower order as she said it was more important to me than her. After she saw the flower artistry she took it all back!

So So many times people forget to give their name on the enclosure card so when they do call we give the info out if we have it.

    I was not home when the flowers were delivered. They were told by the buyer to leave them on the front porch. They called me and I told them to leave them on the front porch. They said no the driver already left. If I wanted them I had to g pick them up myself.

    Our drivers are instructed to NOT LEAVE ANY arrangement or vase or planter outside for any reason in sub freezing weather!!! No matter what.... they would freeze with in mins... and we than would have to replace the flowers at a cost to us...That's why we do this. We are sorry this inconvenience and that you had to take the time out of your busy schedule to pick them up but it was better than dead flowers...
