The arrangement that was delivered was something totally different than what I ordered. I expect to have delivered what I ordered no more no less for $100. Steamboat Floral has poor customer service and carry low end flowers. I could have done better at WalMart. Flower Shop Network needs to make sure that the Florist that they do business with make arrangements they advertise.

It is always a gamble ordering flowers online, but this time it was a winner. My friend absolutely loved the big vase of lilies that were cdelivered, and says they are still blooming 2 weeks after she got them. Great customer service with the phone call to check all was ok. Many thanks.
