In a panic, I called My Secret Garden Flower Shop and they completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they able to pull everything together on such short notice, but the arrangement they delivered was absolutely stunning—far more beautiful than we could have imagined. The silver lining was discovering this gem of a flower shop. Their professionalism and kindness under pressure were unmatched. I will absolutely be using them for all my floral needs!

During difficult times in life you appreciate the warmth feelings from others. Janey was so patient and kind when I ordered my sympathy flowers. I was also assisted by her daughter who was in the office taking orders and ensured to get all the details of what I wanted. I cannot put to words the amount of gratitude and compassion I received by Janeth. I ordered this arrangement from out of state while I arrived we kept in communication & delivery was great. These were funeral flowers and made with so much love for my darling sister in law who lost her battle to cancer. Janeth put so much love a dedication to ensure the arrangements and floral crown was perfect and elegant. Everyone was so impressed and loved the arrangement! I highly recommend my secret garden I will definitely use them again!

I placed my order on Dec. 23 to be delivered on the 24th and the delivery was very prompt on such a short notice. The owner or manager who spoke Spanish was very attentive. The service was great and the arrangements were beautiful. I only wish regular customers would be given a discount.

There was a language barrier, but eventually she pulled up the order on her phone that showed the intended message.
