The plant arrived on time to the funeral home for visitation, even though it was a last minute order. It was very large, and very healthy appearing! When I saw it at the funeral, I was disappointed that it was so small and some of the flowers had not opened. But then I got the thank you note from the recipient--the flowers had opened and they had it on their dining room table and thought it was beautiful. Lesson learned is that looking at picture of what I ordered, I couldn't gauge it's height and width. You need a ruler or something to show size.

One thing I wished for was a notification that the flowers had been delivered. I don't know if there was a tech issue or not. I ordered a rose arrangement to be delivered to my wife at work, but my wife ended up having a half day! Not wanting to ruin the surprise, I called and had the delivery date and time change to the following day. The staff was extremely cooperative and made sure she got them on time.
