the flowers werent delivered until late.. like 7-8pm and he werent home to receive them because they arrived so late.. i also ordered chocolates and a stuffy to go with the flowers and they gave a BOY a PINK bear.. seriously?? common sense says u dont give a boy a pink bear.. also the message for the card wasnt as i instructed.. missed the first line of it.. flowers were beautiful but i will not be purchasing from this store again

I phoned him 2 times to make sure he was home after 5 pm., but he didn't answer his phone. So I decided to attempt to deliver around 7, which is way after closing time during covid. His parents were home and were happy to receive the delivery. The flowers you chose were all pink so I chose a bear to match.

I was really disappointed in my purchase. I live very far away and wanted something special for my mother on her birthday as we just lost my younger sister and she was having a very difficult time. However , she did not receive what I ordered. It looked nothing like the picture and I spent a lot of money on it . :(

Service is great. I ordered Red roses but found out my recipient received pink fuchsia instead. I was surprised hearing this as no one at the shop let me know Red not available. I did not follow up as the recipient was pleased with the flowers...and did not know I ordered red. Wish this type of issue was advised as Red was ordered for a reason.
