The flowers were stunning! However, the card did not have the senders name printed on it. It took me a while to figure out who sent them. Once I did, they verified that they put their name on the order, but it was just left off.

I reviewed the order and saw that when the card message was typed in it didn't have the sender's name added onto the card message.We don't add to what is requested for the card but I will make sure and talk to the staff to make sure if there is a question on a card message we call the sender to verify!! Been buying flowers 2-3 times a year and always received beautiful flowers and arranged nicely. This past Mothers Day We were very disappointed, not Floral 23 standard at all and I bought the premium package. The water was a little murky when they arrived and we discarded them Tues morning.

Steve, We are so sorry to hear about your Mother's Day flowers not lasting. We tried to make sure that all water was changed before deliveries went out, if yours was missed we definitely apologize. I wish you would have called us when you received them (even Mon or Tues) so we could have swapped them for another flower arrangement. We hope that we can make up for it in the future.

Floral 23 delivery person was the best! He was kind friendly and even delivered in the rain! The bouquets I received from family and friends are so beautiful and fragrant. It has been 5 days and they still look as fresh as first day. I highly reccomend this small business in Yukon. You won't be disappointed.

Flowers were delivered on time. Flowers were in a very pretty arrangement. These were for my wifes 65th birthday,she was very pleased with the arrangement. I would reccomend this florist, they put a lot of detail and love into their work. Thank you for doing a great job. Will use them again

I made an order to be delivered to a funeral home. I ordered Tues evening. The email I received on Wed said they would be delivered on Friday. I called and was told they would be delivered that day (Wed). I got a delivery confirmation saying they were delivered Friday afternoon. Service is less than 24 hours from delivery. Needless to say I’m disappointed they didn’t abide by what they told me.

We are so sorry you are disappointed in us. We did notify you that delivery would be made on Friday per the funeral homes request. We didn't want them to be delivered on Wednesday and sit out in the funeral home flower area until Saturdays celebration of life. We like to keep the flowers in our climate controlled cooler as long as possible to ensure that the flowers look the best they can for the services. We do have some new employees that may not have understood how things are done. So we are so sorry for the mix up. Flowers were delivered this morning for the service tomorrow afternoon.

Super kind and courteous on the phone. You just don't get that kind of customer service in California. My daughter was very happy with the arrangement. The only thing I would have liked because I'm out of state is a photo text to me. So, I see what she would have seen.
