I’ll start by saying the tree my friends received was nice, but I ordered a monstera, which is a leafy plant. My friend received a 4-5’ cane tree like you’d see in a cheap hotel lobby… definitely not a beautiful Monstera plant. I was not informed of the switch. The chocolates I ordered to accompany the plant were not delivered (I wrote a joke on the card about the chocolates or she wouldn’t have even known they were supposed to be delivered). I’m glad they have a patio to fit this tree and I’m glad I didn’t have it delivered to the hospital. I tried

She says the flowers are not only beautifully arranged but there are a lot of them in each arrangement and they last a long time. I ordered a spring arrangement for my mom’s birthday. They delivered the flowers right on schedule. The flowers were even more beautiful than pictured and they lasted a very long time. Our $80 Designers Choice Mothers Day arrangement looked more like a $30 order. Very disappointed.

We are sorry for the dislike of the arrangement. We used a ceramic container watering can, that works. Roses, mums, gerbera daisies, asters and other flowers to make a round design. Mother's Day pick and bow were also added to the arrangement. This was the $60 portion of your total order. The other charges were delivery $15 (40 min round trip) and taxes. We tried our best to make it special. We will send a small Bouquet to "Mom" next trip out to her area!!!

Website Says --GOURMET FRUIT BASKET... produced as closely as possible to the picture.) What a JOKE. Website picture has pineapple, pears, cheese, crackers & we paid extra for chocolates. They delivered Grocery store sale junk, Smuckers Jelly, Tuna Fish, Breathmints and a Lemon and basket was not even decorated. FOR A FUNERAL. I called to complain and owner told me YOU GOT A LOT MORE THAN YOU SHOULD HAVE. "We included a jar of Peanut Butter, jar of Honey and Processed cheese with sticks". What a mistake trusting these people.

Due to my grief and showed family members the basket you delivered and website photo. They were as SHOCKED as I was and could not believe it was delivered a professional gift basket. In the future, so you know, it is hard to duplicate the photos from FSN, our network provider. We do wrapped baskets, bow them and include a card. What most impressed me was the owner called immediately after I placed my order and said if she could deliver the order the next day she would have a new delivery of tropical flowers. I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of personal service given. I found this florist online as it was the closest to the location of delivery. The Arrangement they made for my Mother was one of most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. It was left up to The Florist‘s discretion so I wasn’t sure what they would send and it was well above my expectations!! She apparently lives in an area nobody at these on-line places like 1-800flowers, etc. or Other Florists would only offer to deliver Roses, and I had to give them 3-4 days notice before delivery. I order this arrangement and it was delivered the next day with Beverly Hills Florist!

Amid the times we are living in during this pandemic trying to find a florist out of state to have flowers delivered for my mothers 60th birthday was a tough task,but I found Beverly Hills Florist and you did an awesome job.
