Ordering was very easy. Delivery was prompt. My mom liked the arrangement, but the colors were nothing like I expected. I ordered the Royal Purple arrangement. There didn't seem to be any purple flowers. I get seasonal availability and all that, but purple is right in the name of the arrangement. So, not really what I ordered.

I was very pleased with the delivery being ensured. I was very disappointed to learn that the flowers pictured that I had purchased weren't the ones delivered. An arrangement with one type of yellow flower was made and delivered. If my selected option wasn't available, I would have rather been notified instead of finding out after they were delivered.
