I have always had excellent service with Sequoia Plaza Flowers. The owner and her staff have great personalities and are customer service to the tee! They upped their game with the Valentines Day bouquet that my husband surprised me with 10 days ago❣️I finally had to put the long stem pink roses “to bed”, but have salvaged the star gazer lilies and some of the filler for more days of joy! Bravo, Sequoia Plaza Flowers!

The bouquet contained a beautiful mixture of flowers, foliage and even holiday decorations! After three days, the flowers are more vibrant and colorful! The arrangement contained enough flowers to fill three vases! I highly recommend this florist because they do not skimp on quality, quantity and service.

The customer service is at its best...I gave this company a 3 star, due to the fact, I had no idea if the arrangement delivered to the correct address; they took the time and contacted the individual the arrangement was delivered to and found out that the arrangement was lovely...They create, not only gorgeous arrangements, but they create a high standard of service, as well and thus my business will continue with Sequoia Plaza Flowers...thank you for taking the time for your clients and in the details...
